F10 steam cleans the soft surfaces in your building and looks after shared laundries on a yearly visit. It's planned work, booked around your residents and quoted per building.
We use hot water extraction: hot water and cleaning solution are pushed deep into the fibres and pulled straight back out with the dirt. That lifts far more than a surface clean.
Lobbies, corridors, lift landings, common rooms and units.
Fabric lounges, chairs and soft furnishings in lobbies, common rooms and furnished units.
For furnished, serviced and short-stay apartments, and between tenants.
Shared laundries get heavy use and little attention until something breaks or a resident complains. We come once a year, give the room a proper maintenance clean, and tell you what we found.
We look at the carpets, furniture and laundries and agree what's in scope.
One quote per building, so your committee or owner can approve it once.
Visits booked to suit residents, done by uniformed, insured F10 contractors.
You get a record of what was done and anything we noticed that needs attention.
No. F10 works on commercial accounts only: owners corporations, building and facility managers, property managers and furnished-apartment operators.
It depends on the carpet, airflow and weather. We extract as much water as possible and will tell you what to expect for your building before we start.
Many can, but some (for example bleach marks or permanent dyes) can't be lifted by any cleaning method. We'll tell you honestly before and after.
Yes. Every F10 job is covered by $5M public liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of currency for your records.
Every building is different, so we quote after a walk-through, based on area, number of items and access. There's no cost for the walk-through.
Send a few details and we'll call you back to book a walk-through and put together a quote. There's no cost and no lock-in to find out.
